Product Description:

The corrugated pipe production line represents the third generation of advanced machinery created by Shandong HUASU. This latest model delivers remarkable enhancements in terms of both output capacity and production speed, with improvements ranging from 20% to 40% over previous versions.

Incorporating state-of-the-art online belling technology, the system guarantees that the produced corrugated pipes possess excellent performance attributes. Additionally, the production process is fully controlled by a Siemens PLC system, which maximizes operational efficiency and ensures consistent reliability during manufacturing.


Features:

Introducing a newly developed closed molding machine, equipped with a specialized high-efficiency cooling system designed specifically for aluminum modules. This innovation ensures optimal temperature control and enhanced performance during the molding process.

The machine features a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion system complemented by a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This combination delivers superior extrusion quality and efficiency for various applications.

Our interchangeable modules are made from LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum, which contains 5% copper. This composition guarantees strength and durability, suitable for demanding industrial uses.

Utilizing a precision pressure casting process, these modules are manufactured to resist deformation and are free from light pores, ensuring consistent structural integrity and longevity.

We also offer customizable waveform solutions that can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements, providing flexibility and adaptability in diverse operational scenarios.

Additionally, the system includes a computer-controlled automatic DWC cutter, which ensures precise positioning and stable operation, enhancing overall productivity and accuracy in the cutting process.
