The double wall corrugated pipe production line represents the third generation of advanced machinery developed by Shandong HUASU. This latest version brings notable enhancements in both production capacity and speed, delivering an output increase ranging from 20% to 40% compared to previous models.

Featuring state-of-the-art online belling technology, the system guarantees that the produced corrugated pipes possess excellent performance attributes. This innovative technology plays a crucial role in elevating the overall quality of the final products.

Additionally, the entire production process is controlled by a Siemens PLC system, which significantly boosts operational efficiency and ensures high reliability. This sophisticated control mechanism effectively streamlines manufacturing, resulting in consistent and optimized performance.

The newly developed closed molding machine is equipped with a specialized, high-efficiency cooling system, specifically designed for aluminum modules. This advanced cooling technology ensures optimal temperature control during the molding process, enhancing the quality and durability of the final product.

Our high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine utilizes a professional-grade corrugated pipe extrusion mold. This combination maximizes production efficiency while maintaining consistent product dimensions and superior surface finish.

The aluminum modules are crafted from interchangeable LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum, which contains 5% copper. This composition provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance, making the modules reliable for demanding applications.

The manufacturing process employs precision pressure casting, resulting in deformation-resistant modules that are free from light pores. This ensures structural integrity and a flawless surface, meeting stringent quality standards.
